About us
Designer, artisan and founder of Lizard Works Glass, Trish Culbert's art education began in New York in 1985 as a student of Fashion Design. She traveled to London to study painting & sculpture and then to San Francisco where she completed her B.A. in Fine Art specializing in glass.
Web site designer, calculator-operator and slave-boy, Richard Hall graduated from the University of Nottingham, England, with a B.Sc. in Production and Operations Management and joined Trish's Lizard Works Glass in 1995.
Our aim is to keep the business small but efficient and make cheerful affordable glassware available to our growing family of collectors. We are proud of our ongoing direct relationship with our customers at craft fairs, workshops, and now across the whole world on the internet. Our philosophy is to incorporate our collectors' tastes in the work, so we'd love to hear from you. Studio visits can be arranged by appointment, we're in Oakland, California.
